  • Q: Who do I need to contact about booking the Southern for my wedding venue?

    A: You may contact leah@southernhotel.com and she will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that the Events office is closed on Mondays.

  • Q: Is there parking available?

    A: We offer complimentary parking to all of our guests.

  • Q: Can you arrange transportation to/from New Orleans or Baton Rouge?

    A: Absolutely. Reach out to us at info@southernhotel.com anytime for more information.

  • Q: Do you offer breakfast?

    A: We serve complimentary coffee and muffins in the Cypress Bar each morning from 7-11. We also offer room service delivered by two local restaurants. We will give you that information at check-in.

  • Q: Do you have a concierge service?

    A: Staying at the hotel is an experience and that means experiencing Covington and the rest of the Northshore of Lake Pontchatrain as well as having access to New Orleans and beyond. If you wish, we’ll work with you to create an itinerary that satisfies all of your wishes for your stay with us. If you're curious about attractions and events in our area, you can also check out Louisiana's Northshore website.
